puas pk2 xda plak yg berlaku. mmglah ramai yg jog tp ada aku kesah..xde..jog sorang sambil layan2 lagu dr gelombang 88.9 *xtau pon siaran apa main redah jek. tp lagunye boleh thn membuatkn langkah semakin laju..ok xjumpa jawapan.
dan hari ini..aku masih rasa perkara yg sama..ish pelik nih..so balik rumah n google..then terjumpalah salah satu benefits kita exercise dgn tenang dan fokus..
